1 General Overview

Takaet (bundles takaet.app) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Takaet and its users.

In these terms, "we", "our", and "Takaet" refer to the company operating the platform. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any individual who has created an account on or is using this platform.

2 Membership & Registration

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• In a parlay bet across multiple markets, if one selection is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

Takaet reserves the right to reduce, increase, or remove any individual's betting limits. Any bets linked to match-fixing or other fraudulent activity will be voided and the account permanently closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takaet and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Betting with third-party funds or on behalf of a third party.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting strategy.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Takaet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the user requests to close their own account.
• By court order or for legal reasons.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned within the specified timeframe, unless forfeited due to a violation of our terms.
